Mr. Theodore Robert Moore is Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of the Company. He has served as the Companys Senior Vice President and General Counsel since he joined the Company in March 2017 and has served as the Companys secretary since April 2019. Prior to joining the Company, Mr. Moore served as the Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Chief Risk Officer of CJ Energy Services, Inc., a provider of onshore well construction and intervention, well completion, well support and other complementary oilfield services and technologies, from March 2015 to June, 2016, Executive Vice President from October 2012 and Vice President, General Counsel and Corporationrationrate Secretary from February 2011. Prior to that time, Mr. Moore practiced corporate law at Vinson Elkins L.L.P. from 2002 through January 2011. Mr. Moore represented public and private companies and investment banking firms in capital markets offerings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters, primarily in the oil and gas industry since 2019.
