Ms. Anne G. Saunders serves as an Independent Director of Nautilus, Inc. In August 2012, Ms. Saunders was elected to our Board in April 2012 and has also served on the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee since that time. Effective in May, 2014 she will assume the Chairmanship of the Nominating and Governance Committee. From August 2013 to December 2013, Ms. Saunders was president of Redbox, an entertainment company that is owned and operated by Coinstar, Inc. . From March 2009 until January 2012, Ms. Saunders was executive vice president and chief marketing officer for Knowledge Universe, a privatelyheld early education company with over 1600 schools nationwide. From February 2008 until March 2009, Ms. Saunders was Senior Vice President, Consumer Bank Executive and, from May 2007 until February 2008, she was Senior Vice President, Brand Executive, for Bank of America Corporation . Between 2001 and 2007, Ms. Saunders held a variety of positions with Starbucks Coffee Co. including Senior Vice President, global brand, during that company period of rapid domestic and international growth since 2012.

Nautilus Group Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Nautilus' board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Nautilus inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Nautilus. The board's role is to monitor Nautilus' management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served.
