From 1994 to 1996, Mr. Sinclair served as Vice President Finance and Corporationrationrate Secretary of AVCAN Limited, a publicly traded company involved in early stage GPS technology. Since 1997, Mr. Sinclair served as a consultant to several public and private operating companies. Mr. Sinclair received a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Manitoba. Mr. Sinclair received his Chartered Accountant designation from the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants.
