Ms. Jennifer B. Wuamett is Executive Vice President, General Counsel of the Company. In this role, she is responsible for legal and intellectual property matters. Jennifer has over 20 years of experience in the electronics industry. Jennifer joined NXP in 2015 with the merger of Freescale to become NXPs deputy general counsel and chief intellectual property officer. Prior to joining NXP, she was Freescales general counsel, and prior to joining Freescale worked for Motorolas legal department in a variety of roles starting in 1997. Before joining Motorola, Jennifer was an attorney in private practice with the law firm Quarles Brady. Jennifer is a frequent speaker on legal and intellectual property matters, an advocate for the advancement of women and is committed to increase girls engagement in STEM. She serves as governance committee member of Girlstart, is the president of the board of the NXP Foundation and is a member of the board of directors of the Greater Austin Chamber of Commerce. Jennifer holds a Doctor of Law degree from Arizona State University and holds BA degrees in Chemistry Biology from McDaniel College. since 2018.
