Mr. Pinto served as Senior Vice President and General Auditor of Richmond County Financial Corporationration and Richmond County Savings Bank. From 1997 to 1998, Mr. Pinto served as Director, Financial Reporting at American Express Bank, a multinational bank based in New York City. From 1993 to 1997, he was a member of the Financial Services Group of Ernst Young, LLP, based in New York City, providing auditing and consulting services to financial institutions throughout the Northeast. Mr. Pinto holds a Bachelors degree from Fairfield University. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the AICPA. Mr. Pinto serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Noble Maritime Collection in Staten Island. since 2021.
