Ms. Sharon Ridgway is Executive General Manager People and Culture of the Company. She joined Origin in 2009 and is responsible for People and Culture, internal communications and The Origin Foundation. Sharon was appointed in 2012 as the Head of PC for the LNG business unit before being appointed as the General Manager PC for Energy Markets in 2015. Sharon team provides strategic support to the business in key areas such as engagement, diversity, talent management, communications and culture change. Originally from the UK, Sharon spent most of her early career with the Dixons Group, a large European electrical retailer. There she held a number of operational roles before being appointed as the Head of HR and subsequently the Head of European Recruitment. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management. since 2015.
