Mr. Edward B. Rudner is Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer, Principal Financial Officer of Online Vacation Center Holdings Corporationrationration. Mr. Rudner has served as the company Chief Executive Officer, President, Chief Financial Officer and as a director since March 15, 2006 and was elected to serve as the Chairman of the Board of Directors effective as of August 1, 2008. Mr. Rudner has served as an executive officer and director of Online Vacation Center Holdings, Inc. since its inception in October 2000. Prior to founding Online Vacation Center Holdings, Inc., Mr. Rudner served as Chief Financial Officer and then Chief Operating Officer of Alamo Rent A Car. During his tenure Alamo Rent A Car expanded from a Florida company with 400 cars to a national car rental company with over 50, 000 cars. In 1984, Mr. Rudner became President and Chief Executive Officer of Certified Tours, which grew from selling 10, 000 vacation packages a year to over 250, 000. In 1989, Mr. Rudner became Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Renaissance Cruises since 2019.
