Mr. John F. Barry, III serves as Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. He is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the Company Managing Director of PCM and Prospect Administration since July 2004. The Board benefits from Mr. Barrys more than 35 years of experience as a lawyer, investment banker, VCist and private equity investor, and his service on various boards of directors. In addition to overseeing the Company, Mr. Barry has served on the boards of directors of private and public companies, including financial services, financial technology and energy companies. Mr. Barry managed the Corporationrationrate Finance Department of L.F. Rothschild Company from 1988 to 1989, focusing on private equity and debt financing for energy and other companies, and was a founding member of the project finance group at Merrill Lynch Co.
