Mr. Marshall L. Mohr is an Independent Director of Plantronics, Inc. Since March 2006, Mr. Mohr was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Intuitive Surgical, Inc., a provider of surgical robotics. From 2003 to 2006, he was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Adaptec, Inc., a computer hardware company. Prior to joining Adaptec, Mr. Mohr was an audit partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP where he served in a variety of roles, concluding as the managing partner of the firms West Region Technology Industry Group, and led its Silicon Valley accounting and audit advisory practice. Mr. Mohr was a member of the Board of Directors of Pacific Biosciences of California, Inc., a developer of integrated platforms for high resolution genetic analysis, since January 2012, and serves on its Audit and Compensation Committees. Mr. Mohr was a member of the Board of Directors and served as Chairman of the Audit Committee of Atheros Communications, Inc., a developer of semiconductor system solutions for wireless communications products, from November 2003 to May 2011 when Atheros was sold to QUALCOMM, Incorporated since 2005.
