Mr. Mohr was a member of the Board of Directors of Pacific Biosciences of California, Inc., a developer of integrated platforms for high resolution genetic analysis, since January 2012, and serves on its Audit and Compensation Committees. Mr. Mohr was a member of the Board of Directors and served as Chairman of the Audit Committee of Atheros Communications, Inc., a developer of semiconductor system solutions for wireless communications products, from November 2003 to May 2011 when Atheros was sold to QUALCOMM, Incorporated since 2005.
