He was previously the Chief Economist of PICC Xianning Regional Branch, Deputy General Manager of PICC Xianning Branch, Manager of the Vehicles Insurance Division and General Manager of the Vehicles Insurance Department of PICC Hubei Provincial Branch, Deputy General Manager of Hubei Provincial Branch and concurrently General Manager of Wuhan Branch of the Company, the Chief Responsible Officer and General Manager of Tianjin Branch of the Company, and General Manager of Beijing Branch of the Company. Mr Feng graduated from Central China Normal University with a masters degree in economics. Mr Feng has 33 years of operation and management experience in the PRC insurance industry.
