Ms. Sherry S. Bahrambeygui is Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. Ms. Bahrambeygui was an instrumental component of the evolution of the Companys governance and has led several efforts of strategic importance to the Company, including identification and recruitment of key talent for executive leadership, execution of strategic negotiations, and leading the acquisition of the technology and online business, Aeropost, Inc. Ms. Bahrambeygui served as Vice Chair of the Board from October 2016 to October 2017. Ms. Bahrambeygui has served as a Senior Executive and Managing Member of The Price Group, LLC since January 2007, serves as Executive Vice President, Secretary and Vice Chairman of the Boards of Price Charities and Price Philanthropies Foundation, and is the Chief Executive Officer of PS Ivanhoe, LLC, a commercial real estate investment company. Ms. Bahrambeygui was a founding partner of the law firm Bahrambeygui Hosey LLP and practiced law with an emphasis on international business, corporate and employment law. In this capacity prior to joining the Board of Directors, Ms. Bahrambeygui represented the Company in several complex litigation matters achieving favorable outcomes. Ms. Bahrambeygui studied at Columbia University and graduated with a B.A. from the University of California San Diego and a J.D. from California Western School of Law since 2019.
