Mr. Lars Olesen is Vice President Product Management of the Company. He leads the strategic planning, development, and commercialization of Pasons innovative suite of rigsite and office products. Lars joined Pason in 1999 as the companys first marketing and sales representative. During his 18year tenure Lars has held numerous progressive sales, business development, and product management roles, with the most recent being Director, Rigsite Solutions, Product Line Management. Prior to Pason, Lars spent a number of years with a directional drilling company in a well planning and sales capacity. Lars holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary. since 2017.

Pason Systems Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Pason Systems' board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Pason Systems inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Pason.
