Mr. Virgil E. Wenger, CPA, is an Independent Trustee of Power REIT. Mr. Wenger was previously a partner at Ernst Young LLP for over 25 years. He is a graduate of the University of Kansas, with a B.S. in Business Administration, and of the Harvard Business School Advanced Management Program. Mr. Wenger was a trustee and Power REITs Audit Committee Chairman since December 2011 and was a member of the Nominating Committee since August 2012. Mr. Wenger was a trustee of PWV from 1991 to the present and was PWVs Audit Committee Chairman from 2005 to December 2011.
