Mr. Jeff Gravenhorst has served as Group Chief Executive Officer of ISS AS since April 1, 2010. He is Member of the Companys Executive Group Management Board and Member of the Executive Group Management. Previously, he was Group Chief Operating Officer from April 2008 to March 2010, Group Chief Financial Officer from 2005 to 2008 and Chief Financial Officer of ISS UK from 2002 to 2005. From 2000 to 2002, he was Managing Director of ALTO Danmark AS, heading up the European divisions. From 1998 to 1999, he served as Vice President, Business Unit Consumer, of ALTO U.S. Inc. He has also worked as Chief Financial Officer of Clarke Industries Inc. and as Finance Director of Wittenborg UK Ltd, each a subsidiary of Incentive AS, as well as Manager of Arthur Andersen in Denmark. He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of certain ISS Group companies. Mr. Gravenhorst is Chairman of the Board of Ramboell Gruppen AS and Chairman of the Confederation of Danish Industrys Permanent Committee on Business Policies

ISS AS Leadership Team

Elected by the shareholders, the ISS AS's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: ISS AS inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of ISS. The board's role is to monitor ISS AS's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. ISS AS's inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects.
