Mr. Dubner served as CEO and a director of cogint since March 2016, and previously as CoCEO since March 2015. Mr. Dubner has over 20 years of experience in the data and analytics industry, building leading information management companies. Mr. Dubner served as general counsel of TLO, an information solutions provider, from inception through the sale of substantially all of the assets of TLO to TransUnion in December of 2013. Prior roles include vice president and associate group counsel at Equifax, general counsel and chief compliance officer at Naviant, an internet marketing company, and corporate counsel at Seisint, an information solutions provider
