Palmer was our president since January 1, 2016 and chief financial officer since January 2013. From 2013 to 2015, she was our executive vice president and chief financial officer, and prior to that, served as senior vice president of capital markets from 2003 until 2013. She served as senior manager of investment services in 1996 and assumed the role of vice president of capital markets in 1999. Prior to joining our Company, Ms. Palmer worked with Accenture, formerly Andersen Consulting Strategic Services, as a consultant and financial analyst for General Electric.
