Mr. Luis Rodolfo Hernandez de Cabanyes serves as Executive Chairman of the Board, CoChief Executive Officer of Renta Corporationrationracion Real Estate SA. He joined the Company Board on December 19, 2000. He is Founder and Chairman of Fundacion Renta. He has devoted his professional life to business, beginning his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and, later on, to found and manage various companies, including Second House and Mixta Africa. He acted as President of Mixta Africa until late 2007, and he has served as Member of its Board of Directors. He holds a degree in Economics and Business Studies from Universitat Autonoma de Barcelona. In addition he has completed the Senior Management Program at IESE Business School of Universidad de Navarra. He is also Member of the Executive Committee of the IESE Alumni Association.
