From November 2006 to August 2007, Mr. Goldman served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Dexterra, Inc., a mobile enterprise software company. From August 2000 until March 2006, Mr. Goldman served as Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer of Siebel Systems, Inc., a supplier of customer software solutions and services. Previously, Mr. Goldman was the Chief Financial Officer of Sybase, Inc., an enterprise software and services company, ExciteHome, an internet access provider, Cypress Semiconductor Corporationrationration, a semiconductor company, and VLSI Technology, Inc., an integrated circuit designer and manufacturer since 2017.
