From 1992 to 1999, Mr. Casar Perez served as General Director and member of the board of directors of Compaa Perforadora Mxico, S.A. de C.V. and Mxico Compaa Constructora, S.A. de C.V., two affiliated companies of Grupo Mexico. Mr. Casar Perez served as Project Director of ISEFI, a subsidiary of Banco Internacional, in 1991 and Executive Vice President of Grupo Costamex in 1985. Mr. Casar Perez also worked for the Real Estate Firm, Agricultural Ministry, and the College of Mexico since 2006.
