Mr. Frederic Oudea has served as Chief Executive Officer, Member of the Group Management Committee, Member of the Executive Committee, Executive Director of Societe Generale S.A. since May 19, 2015. Prior to that, he was Deputy Chief Executive Officer in charge of Finance of Societe Generale SA since March 2008 and Group Financial Director of the Bank since 2003. He joined Societe Generale in 1995 as Deputy Head and then Head of the Banks Corporationrationrate Banking arm in London. From 1998 to 2001, he was Head of Global Supervisory and Development of Equities and in 2002, he was Deputy Chief Financial Officer of Societe Generale. Prior to joining the Bank, he held a number of posts in the French senior civil service, including the Audit department of the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Budget ministry and in the Cabinet of the Ministry of Treasury and Communication, from 1987 to 1995. Mr. Oudea graduated from Ecole Polytechnique in Paris and Ecole Nationale dAdministration.
