Mr. L. Briley Brisendine, Jr. is an Executive Vice President, General Counsel, Secretary of SiteOne Landscape Supply Inc, since September 2015. Prior to joining SiteOne, Mr. Brisendine spent 12 years at The Home Depot, Inc., where he held a number of senior leadership positions in the legal department. For a portion of his time at The Home Depot, he helped grow the HD Supply division through a number of acquisitions and served as the divisions primary counsel. Most recently, he served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of The Home Depot, with responsibility for all legal issues related to securities and corporate governance, corporate finance, store operations, privacy, tax, real estate, international, MA and general corporate matters. Mr. Brisendine also managed The Home Depots Risk Management department. Prior to joining The Home Depot, he spent seven years as an attorney at McKenna, Long Aldridge, LLP, a national law firm, where he focused on securities, corporate governance and MA matters since 2015.
