Mr. John M. Gellert is President, Chief Executive Officer, Director of the Company. Prior to the Spinoff, Mr. Gellert was the CoChief Operating Officer of SEACOR Holdings since February 23, 2015 and from May 2004 to February 2015, he was the Senior Vice President of SEACOR Holdings. In July 2005, Mr. Gellert was appointed President of SEACOR Holdings Offshore Marine Services segment, a capacity in which he served until the Spinoff. Upon joining SEACOR Holdings in June 1992 and until July 2005, Mr. Gellert had various financial, analytical, chartering and marketing roles within SEACOR Holdings. since 2017.
