Mr. Stephen G. Waldis is a Executive Chairman of the Board of the Company. He has served as our Executive Chairman since January 2017, having served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2001 Chief Executive Officer from 2000 until January 2017 and as a director since founding Synchronoss in 2000. From 2000 until 2011, Mr. Waldis also served as President. From 1994 to 2000, Mr. Waldis served as Chief Operating Officer at Vertek Corporationrationration, a privately held professional services company serving the telecommunications industry. From 1992 to 1994, Mr. Waldis served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing of Logical Design Solutions, a provider of telecom and interactive solutions. From 1989 to 1992, Mr. Waldis worked in various technical and product management roles at ATT since 2017.
