Mr. Ng is the Chairman of Tsim Sha Tsui Properties Limited, the holding company of the Company, and the Chairman of Sino Hotels Limited. In addition, he is a Director of The Real Estate Developers Association of Hong Kong and a member of the 11th and 12th National Committee of the Chinese Peoples Political Consultative Conference. since 1991.
