Mr. Jan Svensson has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Tomra Systems ASA since April 24, 2015. He was Director of the Company since January 19, 2012. He also serves as Chief Executive Officer of Investment AB Latour. He has held various positions within the Stenberg Group including serving as Chief Executive Officer between 1986 and 2003. He also serves as Chairman of the Board of companies such as Nederman Holding AB, Fagerhult AB, Troax AB, Hultafors Group, Latour Industries and NordLock as well as Board Member of Assa Abloy AB, Investment AB Latour, Alimak Group, Oxeon and Loomis AB. He obtained a MS degree in Economics and Business Administration from Handelshogskolan i Stockholm in 1981. He is Chairman of the Compensation and Organizational Development Committee of the Company. since 2015.
