From 1996 to 2000, Mr. Cassani was a Principal in the investment banking group at Montgomery Securities Banc of America Securities, with a focus on the consumer sector. Prior to that, Mr. Cassani began his investment banking career in the Private Equity Placements Group at Chase Securities, Inc since 2013.
