Morrow is a former member of the Securities Advisory Committee to the Ontario Securities Commission. Since the inception of the program in 2001, Ms. Morrow was lead external counsel to Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporationration on over $250 billion in fully underwritten global bond issuances under its Canada Mortgage Bond Program, and since 2008 has represented the Canadian federal government on its $125 billion Insured Mortgage Purchase Program, the Canadian equivalent of the U.S. TARP Program. A past president of the Women’s Law Association of Ontario and recipient of its President’s Award, Ms. Morrow currently serves on the Board of Governors of Trent University where she is a member of its Executive Committee and Chair of its Nominating and Governance Committee
