Ms. Robyn M. Denholm is Independent Chairman of the Board of the Company. She was a member of the Board since August 2014. Since October 2018, Ms. Denholm was Chief Financial Officer and Head of Strategy of Telstra Corporation Limited, a telecommunications company, where she also served as its Chief Operations Officer from January 2017 to October 2018. Ms. Denholm is transitioning from her role with Telstra, during which she is serving as our independent Chair of the Board and Chair of the Audit Committee. Prior to Telstra, from August 2007 to February 2016, Ms. Denholm was with Juniper Networks, Inc., a manufacturer of networking equipment, serving in executive roles including Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operations Officer. Prior to joining Juniper Networks, Ms. Denholm served in various executive roles at Sun Microsystems, Inc. from January 1996 to August 2007. Ms. Denholm also served at Toyota Motor Corporation Australia for seven years and at Arthur Andersen Company for five years in various finance assignments. Ms. Denholm previously served as a director of ABB Ltd. from 2016 to 2017 and of Echelon Corporation Inc. from 2008 to 2013 since 2018.
