Mr. John L. Threshie, Jr., serves as Chairman of the Board, President, Chief Executive Officer of Tirex Corporationration, since November 1999. Prior to that time he served as a Vice President of the Company since June 1995. He was appointed Assistant Secretary of the Company on February 11, 1999. From December 1996 until February 11, 1999, Mr. Threshie held the position of Secretary, and from June 1995 until February 11, 1999, as a Director, of the Company. He also served as a Director for The Tirex Corporation Canada Inc. and Tirex Canada RD Inc. from June 1998 and June 1995, respectively, until February 11, 1999. He has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of management, marketing and sales including 11 years developing and marketing a new technology in the recycling industry with Tirex. since 1999.
