Mr. Yves Guillemot serves as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer of Ubisoft Entertainment SA and was first appointed Director of the Company on February 28, 1988. He is one of the cofounders of Ubisoft which was created in 1986. Appointed Chairman and CEO he established Ubisoft strategy of using disruptive technology to innovate and create new brands and capture market share. He has supported the transformation of the video game industry for over 30 years. Mr. Guillemot is also Chief Executive Officer of Guillemot Brothers SAS and Director of Remy Cointreau SA.
