Mr. Roth was a director of J.C. Penney Company, Inc. from 2011 until September 13, 2013. Mr. Roths qualifications to serve on our Board include his experience in leadership and board responsibilities for a major REIT, his deep understanding of the class of assets held by the Company and his many years of experience in the real estate field generally. since 2019.
