Mr. Steven L. Spinner is Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer of the Company. He has served as Chair of the Board since December 2016 and as our Chief Executive Officer and as a member of the Board since September 2008. He also served as our President from September 2008 until August 2018. Prior to joining the Company in September 2008, Mr. Spinner served as a director and as Chief Executive Officer of Performance Food Group Company from October 2006 to May 2008, when PFG was acquired by affiliates of The Blackstone Group and Wellspring Capital Management. Mr. Spinner previously had served as PFG President and Chief Operating Officer beginning in May 2005. Mr. Spinner served as PFG Senior Vice President and Chief Executive OfficerBroadline Division from February 2002 to May 2005 and as PFG Broadline Division President from August 2001 to February 2002. Mr. Spinner has served as a Director of ArcBest Corporation since July 2011 and as its Lead Independent Director since April 2016. since 2018.
