Mr. Jack M. Fields is Independent Trustee of the company. Mr. Fields was a member of the Board of Trustees of the Invesco Funds since 1997. Mr. Fields served as a member of Congress, representing the 8th Congressional District of Texas from 1980 to 1997. As a member of Congress, Mr. Fields served as Chairman of the House Telecommunications and Finance Subcommittee, which has jurisdiction and oversight of the Federal Communications Commission and the SEC. Mr. Fields cosponsored the National Securities Markets Improvements Act of 1996, and played a leadership role in enactment of the Securities Litigation Reform Act. Mr. Fields currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of the TwentyFirst Century Group, Inc. in Washington, D.C., a bipartisan Washington consulting firm specializing in Federal government affairs. Mr. Fields also served as a Director of Insperity, Inc., a premier professional employer organization with clients nationwide until 2015. In addition, Mr. Fields serves as Chairman and sits on the Board of Discovery Learning Alliance, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing educational resources to people in need around the world through the use of technology.
