He graduated from Middle East Technical University in 1966 and obtained his PhD degree in Management from Ankara Universitesi in 1974. He was awarded Professorship from Hacettepe Universitesi in 1982. He worked at the Ministry of Finance from 1968 to 1971. He served as General Coordinator and Financial Advisor at Tepe Group Hacettepe University Trust Fund from 1976 to 1986.

Viking Kagit ve Leadership Team
