Mr. David E. Boyer is President, Chief Operating Officer, Director of the company. he was Senior Vice President Senior Vice President Tubing Operations of the Company. Mr. Boyer was Webco Chief Operating Officer since March 2011. He is also the Senior Vice President of Tubing Operations, a position he has held since May 2001. Mr. Boyer has previously served as our VicePresident of Sales and Marketing General Manager of our Stainless Division and a Product Manager. Mr. Boyer was with Webco for 34 years, having joined the Company in 1984. Mr. Boyer graduated from Millikin University in 1982 with a BS in Industrial Engineering since 2019.
