Dr. Sidney A. Ribeau is an Independent Director of the Company. Since October 2013, Dr. Ribeau has served as Professor of Communications for Howard University, and he also served as President of Howard University from August 2008 to October 2013. Dr. Ribeau served as President of Bowling Green State University for more than 13 years prior to that time. Dr. Ribeau serves on the Board of Trustees of Teachers Insurance and Annuity Association . He is a member of TIAAs Human Resources Committee, Nominating and Governance Committee and Corporationrationrate Governance and Social Responsibility Committee. Dr. Ribeau has previously served on the Boards of Directors of Convergys Corporation from 2001 through 2008 and The Andersons, Inc. from 1997 through 2008. Dr. Ribeau received his B.A. degree from Wayne State University and his Masters and Doctorate from the University of Illinois since 2000.
