Mr. Holtby is a Fellow Chartered Accountant, and a graduate of the Institute of Corporationrationrate Directors Director Education Program at the University of Toronto, Rotman School of Management. Mr. Holtby is also a National Association of Corporationrationrate Directors Board Leadership Fellow. since 2009.
