Mr. Marc J. Shapiro serves as Independent Trust Manager of the Company. Since 2003, Mr. Shapiro served as a consultant to J. P. Morgan Chase Co. as a nonexecutive Chairman of its Texas operations from 20042017. Formerly, he was Vice Chairman for Finance and Risk Management of J. P. Morgan Chase Co. from 1997 through 2003. He currently serves as a Director on the Boards of KimberlyClark Corporation and The Mexico Fund, Inc. . From 1995 to 2010, he served on the Board of Burlington Northern Santa Fe Corporation which was acquired by Berkshire Hathaway Inc. Mr. Shapiro has completed a 40year career in finance and management with JPMorgan Chase Co. and its affiliates, a leader in investment banking, financial services for consumers, small business and commercial banking, financial transaction processing and asset management since 1985.
