Ms. Stephanie McMahon is a Chief Brand Officer, Director of the Company. Ms. McMahon has served as our Chief Brand Officer since November 2013. She is responsible for working with WWEs business units to support key growth initiatives and represents WWE as its global brand ambassador. She is the primary spokesperson for WWEs CSR initiatives, including Special Olympics, Susan G. Komen and Be a STAR, WWEs antibullying program. In 2014, Ms. McMahon and her husband, Paul Triple H Levesque, established Connors Cure, a fund dedicated to fighting Pediatric cancer. She is also a TV personality, appearing regularly on WWEs flagship programming. She is a member of the 2017 Class of Henry Crown Fellows within the Aspen Global Leadership Network at the Aspen Institute and is also a member of the 2015 Eisenhower Fellowship class. Prior to being named WWEs firstever Chief Brand Officer, Ms. McMahon was Executive Vice President, Creative, responsible for overseeing the Digital and Creative Departments, as well as the creative development of all WWE television, payperview programming, print, digital and social media content. She was also the first woman to lead WWEs Talent Relations, Talent Brand Management and Live Event businesses. Adweek has included Ms. McMahon in their list of the Most Powerful Women in Sports for the past two years. Last year, she was named a Stuart Scott ENSPIRE Award Honoree at the ESPN Humanitarian Awards and was named to Sports Business Journals 2017 class of Game Changers Women in Sports Business. Ms. McMahon received her B.S. from Boston University in Communications and was named a Distinguished Alumni by its School of Communications. She is also a member of the Board of Directors for USO Metropolitan Washington and Childrens Hospital of Pittsburgh Foundation. Ms. McMahon is the daughter of Vincent McMahon. since 2015.
