Mr. John A. Tucker, CFA, is Member of the Management Board of Consumer Discretionary Select Sector SPDR Fund. Mr. Tucker, CFA, is a Managing Director of SSgA and the Adviser and CoHead of Passive Equity Strategies in North America in the Global Equity Beta Solutions Group. He joined the firm in 1988 and is responsible for overseeing the management of all equity index strategies and Exchange Traded Funds managed in Boston and Montreal. He is a member of the Senior Management Group. Previously, Mr. Tucker was head of the Structured Products Group in SSgAs London office. Prior to joining the investment management group, he was the Operations Manager for SSgAs International Structured Products Group, where he was responsible for the operations staff and operational functions
