He joined Koc Holding in August 2002 as Audit Coordinator in the Kocbank Audit Group, responsible for the financial companies of the Group. He started serving as Statutory Auditor at Kocbank in August 2002 and later at Yapi Kredi in September 2005. Ozdemir was assigned as Compliance Officer and Assistant General Manager in charge of the Compliance Office in April 2008. Ozdemir was serving as Assistant General Manager in charge of Compliance and Internal Control since October 2013. He is Member of the Corporationrationrate Governance Committee of the Company. since 2013.

Yapi ve Kredi Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Yapi Ve's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Yapi Ve inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Yapi.
