Mr. Michael F. Eng is an Independent Director of Apollo Medical Holdings, Inc. Mr. Eng was a member of the Board since December 2017. Mr. Eng was the Mayor of the City of Monterey Park, California, from 2004 to 2005 and served on the City Council from 2003 to 2006. He was elected to the California State Assembly from 2006 to 2012, during which time he was appointed Chair of the Assembly Committee on Banking and Finance, as well as Chair of the Assembly Committee on Business and Professions and was a member of the Assembly Health Committee and Committee on Revenue and Taxation. In addition, Mr. Eng was an elected trustee of the Los Angeles Community College District for four years beginning in 2013 and was also Board Vice President. In January 2019, he was appointed to a full time position on the State Board of Appeals, California Unemployment Insurance system. Prior to his elected offices, he was appointed to the State Board of Acupuncture by the Governor of California since 2017.
