Mr. Povl Christian Lutken Frigast has served as Independent First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Pandora AS since March 18, 2015. He previously served as Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors at Pandora AS. He was Member of the Board of the Company since August 2010. He is also Chairman of the Company Nomination Committee and Member of the Company Remuneration Committee. He has experience in general management and active involvement in a number of retail and other companies. He was Managing Partner of Axcel Management AS from the founding of the company in 1994 until October 2016 and continues as Executive Chairman of the company. Furthermore, he is currently Chairman of the Boards of Directors of Danish Ship Finance Holding AS and the Danish Export Credit Agency . He is also Deputy Chairman of the Danish VC and Private Equity Association, and he is member of the management of AXII Holding ApS. He also sits on the Boards of Frigast ApS, Nordic Waterproofing, Danish Ship Finance and the Board Leadership Society in Denmark. He also chairs and cofounded Axcels own thinktank, Axcelfuture, and he is associate professor at Copenhagen Business School. He holds a MS in Economics from the University of Copenhagen . since 2018.

PANDORA Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the PANDORA's board of directors comprises two types of representatives: PANDORA inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of PANDORA. The board's role is to monitor PANDORA's management team and ensure that shareholders' interests are well served. PANDORA's inside directors are responsible for reviewing and approving budgets prepared by upper management to implement core corporate initiatives and projects. On the other hand, PANDORA's outside directors are responsible for providing unbiased perspectives on the board's policies.
