Ms. Susan V. Valdez was redesignated Chief Human Resource Officer, Senior Vice President of Aboitiz Equity Ventures Inc. with effect from January 1, 2019. She was AEVs Senior Vice President Chief Reputation and Risk Management Officer from 2013 to 2015. She is an ExOfficio member of the Board Risk and Reputation Management Committee since May 21, 2012. Ms. Valdez was First Vice President Chief Reputation Officer of AEV in September 2011. She is the Senior Vice PresidentChief Reputation and Risk Management Officer of AboitizPower, a publicly listed company, since December 14, 2011, and was appointed as Senior Vice President on May 18, 2015. Ms. Valdez is also a trustee, President and Member of the Executive Committee of Aboitiz Foundation a trustee and President of WeatherPhilippines and a director of Archipelago Insurance. Before joining AEV, she was the Executive Vice President and Chief Executive Officer of the 2GO Freight Division of Aboitiz Transport System Corporation for eight years. She was also President and Chief Executive Officer of Aboitiz One, Inc. and Aboitiz One Distribution, Inc. for two years. Prior to heading the freight and supply chain business of ATSC, she was its Chief Finance Officer and Chief Information Officer for eight years since 2019.
