Mr. John E. Abdo is the Vice Chairman of the Board of BBX Capital Corporationrationration. Mr. Abdo also served as Vice Chairman of the Board of Bluegreen since 2002, except for the period from December 2015 until August 2017, during which time he served as Acting Chairman of the Board of Bluegreen. Mr. Abdo served as Vice Chairman of BankAtlantic from 1987 until the completion of the sale of BankAtlantic to BBT during July 2012. Mr. Abdo is also President of Abdo Companies, Inc., a member of the Board of Directors of the Performing Arts Center Authority and the former 20year President, and current member of the Investment Committee and Finance Committee, of the Broward Performing Arts Foundation since 1993.
