In addition, Mr. Biglari has served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Biglari Capital Corporationration since 2000. Biglari Capital is the general partner of The Lion Fund, L.P. and The Lion Fund II, L.P., private investment partnerships. Mr. Biglari is the sole owner of Biglari Capital. Mr. Biglari has also served as a director of CCA Industries, Inc., a manufacturer and marketer of health and beauty aids, from August 2011 to July 2014 and since October 2015. He has also served as a director of Insignia Systems, Inc., a developer and marketer of pointofpurchase instore products and services, from December 2015 to March 2017 including its CoChairman from January 2016 to March 2017. Mr. Biglari is an entrepreneur with extensive managerial and investing experience in a broad range of businesses. since 2008.
