Mr. Peter J. Millones, Jr. is Executive Vice President, General Counsel of the Company. He was our General Counsel since January 2001 and our Executive Vice President since April 2003. He previously served as Vice President and Associate General Counsel from March 2000 to January 2001 and as our Corporationrationrate Secretary from January 2001 to April 2018. Prior to that, Mr. Millones was with the law firm of Latham Watkins LLP. As part of his responsibilities, Mr. Millones oversees our executive compensation programs. since 2019.

Booking Holdings Leadership Team
Elected by the shareholders, the Booking Holdings' board of directors comprises two types of representatives: Booking Holdings inside directors who are chosen from within the company, and outside directors, selected externally and held independent of Booking.
