Mr. Fredric H. Gould is Trustee since 1983 and Chairman of our Board of the company from 1984 through 2013. He has also served as a director of four real estate investment trusts, and as a director and a member of the loan committee of two savings and loan associations. His knowledge and experience in business, finance, tax, accounting and legal matters and his knowledge of our companys business and history makes him an important member of our Board. since 2013.
