Prior thereto, Mr. Schreiber served as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of JMB Urban Development Co. and Executive Vice President of JMB Realty Corporationration Mr. Schreiber currently serves on the board of JMB Realty Corporationration and Hilton Worldwide Inc., where he serves on the Compensation Committee. Mr. Schreiber is a DirectorTrustee of a number of mutual funds managed by T. Rowe Price Associates and a Trustee of Loyola University. He is a past board member of Invitation Homes, General Growth Properties, Hudson Pacific Properties, Inc., Urban Shopping Centers, Inc., Host Hotels Resorts, Inc., The Rouse Company, AMLI Residential Properties Trust, Inc. and Blackstone Mortgage Trust, Inc since 2013.
