Prior to becoming Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Dickson served as President of Harris Teeter from February 1997 through March 2012 and as Executive Vice President of Harris Teeter from February 1996 to February 1997. From February 1994 to February 1996, Mr. Dickson served as President of American Efird, Inc., Harris Teeters former AE subsidiary, and from February 1991 to February 1994 he served as Executive Vice President of American Efird, Inc. He served as Chairman of the Board of The Pantry, Inc. from April 2014 until its sale in March 2015. Mr. Dickson currently serves on the Board of Directors of Dollar Tree, Inc. He previously served on the board of directors of Conagra Brands, Inc since 2015.
